MLS entry only-You retain the right to sell your own property at no additional commission. Your property is listed in Realcomp II ltd.®, the largest MLS in Michigan, with up to six color photos, and will appear on the company website which includes a posting at Yahoo!® real estate classifieds. Your are the contact and will coordinate all showings with cooperating realtors or buyers, I strongly recommend offering 3% to the buyer agent. Available at a very affordable $499.00, due at listing.
